Portfolio

Hi! I go by Giseigo online. I'm mostly known for bringing my needlefelted models to life through animation on Youtube using programs like Blender and Da Vinci Resolve. I also have experience with Photogrammetry to bring my handcrafted models into a 3D space using programs such as RealityCapture.
For any Graphic Design content, I use Photopea. I often use this for creating thumbnails.

I graduated University in 2021, getting a First in Graphic Design (2018-2021, Bachelor's Degree).

I have also studied Game's Development (2015-2017, Level 3 Extended Diploma).

At University, we had a project to create a new branding. I decided to recreate the branding for the National Railway Museum. I went for a black and white colour theme while creating an abstract vector logo that combined both their initials, but can also be seen as a train. From there, I created a website design, billboards and various merchandise.
I am quite proud of this work as I was able to create quite an abstract logo using a simple
colour theme that was still recognizable as what it was related to. I was also quite proud of
using the logo in different ways on the websites and boards in order to create a consistent
design theme

For another Graphic Design project, we had to recreate the branding of a local store, along with creating advertisements. I went for a vector based design that incorporated the word ‘SOFIA’, referencing their name in the various bits of furniture that they sold. This logo also gave me a good way to guide the viewer's attention to various parts of the advertisements.
I quite enjoyed this project, as like the NRM project, I was able to create a fun, abstract logo that would be used in multiple ways while still being visually appealing.

Another Graphic Design project was to create an advertising campaign. After doing some research, I chose
to base it off the crisps, Space Raiders, as when using Snapchat, I noticed that it recognised the crisps as actual faces. This meant that I could create my own AR Snapchat Filter, allowing you to pull Space Raiders out of the packet and scan them to see what alien it would be.
This then led to inviting the user to post their find on Twitter using the hashtag #SpaceRace.
This is one of the projects I enjoyed the most as I got to use skills from previous classes and hobbies to create a very unique and modern campaign.
